1. Custom Outreach — $30 Upfront Fee
When you place a Custom Outreach order, you pay $30 per target site as an outreach fee.
- Full refund: If we receive no response within 7 business days, the full $30 is automatically refunded to your SmartRanking.io wallet credit.
- Deal price: You only pay the deal price when you explicitly approve the placement.
2. Publisher Marketplace & Order by Requirements
- Link not live: If your link is not published within the agreed timeline, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Publisher deadline missed: Orders auto-reassign if the 48-hour deadline is missed. If no suitable publisher is found, a full refund is issued.
- Quality dispute: Contact us within 7 days of the link going live for a review and potential refund or replacement.
3. 1-Year Link Warranty
All live links are covered by our 1-year auto-monitored warranty. If a link is removed within 12 months, we restore it at zero cost. If restoration is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a credit or partial refund will be issued.
4. Writing Service
Writing service fees are non-refundable once an article has been delivered for review. If we cannot revise it to your satisfaction, a credit may be offered.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at contact@smartranking.io or through support chat in your dashboard. Include your order ID. We respond within 24 hours.
6. Payment Processor
Payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. All disputes are handled per Paddle's policies.
