1. Services

SmartRanking.io provides three link building services: Order by Requirements, Custom Outreach, and Publisher Marketplace. Each service is governed by the specific terms described in your order.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• Custom Outreach requires a $30 upfront fee per site, refundable to wallet credit if no response in 7 days.
• You only pay the deal price when you explicitly approve the placement.

4. Publisher Rules

Publishers must ensure accurate site metrics. Publishers must fulfill Marketplace orders within 48 hours or face automatic reassignment. SmartRanking.io may remove publishers who repeatedly miss deadlines or provide false information.

5. Affiliate Programme

Affiliates earn 10% on completed orders through their referral link. Fraudulent referrals result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Prohibited Use

• Building links to illegal, harmful or spam websites.
• Providing false site information or manipulating metrics.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartRanking.io is not liable for algorithm changes, ranking fluctuations, or third-party policy changes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
